1. Information we collect

We collect only the information you provide directly: email address (for the launch list and contact form), and name / research affiliation / message body when you contact us. We do not run third-party marketing pixels.

2. How we use information

Email addresses submitted to the launch list are used solely to notify you about Auralen catalog access. Contact-form submissions are routed to research@auralenpeptides.com and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Cookies and analytics

Auralen uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The age-gate uses a single localStorage key to remember your researcher affirmation for 30 days.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. California (CCPA / CPRA) rights

California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under the CPRA. To exercise rights, contact privacy@auralenpeptides.com.

6. EU (GDPR) notice

If you are accessing Auralen from the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact privacy@auralenpeptides.com to exercise these rights.

7. Data retention

We retain launch-list email addresses until you unsubscribe. We retain contact-form submissions for one year unless ongoing correspondence requires longer retention.

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date above and post a notice on this page.
